Ingredients
- 0.5 lbs of Sockeye salmon
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
- 1 tbsp of sunflower oil
- 1 tbsp of freshly ground pepper
- Salt to taste
Method
- In a bowl, add all the ingredients
- Mix them thoroughly and allow them to rest for 1 hour.
- After 1 hour, transfer the content to a baking tray.
- Bake at 350F for 30 min.
- Serve fresh.
