Baked Sockeye Salmon

Ingredients

  • 0.5 lbs of Sockeye salmon
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp of sunflower oil
  • 1 tbsp of freshly ground pepper
  • Salt to taste

Method

  1. In a bowl, add all the ingredients
  2. Mix them thoroughly and allow them to rest for 1 hour.
  3. After 1 hour, transfer the content to a baking tray.
  4. Bake at 350F for 30 min.
  5. Serve fresh.
