Crunchy Tuna

Ingredients:

  • 150g of tuna pieces, cleaned
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp of almond milk
  • 1 tbsp of paprika powder
  • 1 tbsp of garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp of ginger paste
  • ¼ tbsp of freshly ground black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Method:     

  1. In a bowl, add all the ingredients except tuna pieces.
  2. Beat the mixture using a hand whisk.
  3. Add the tuna pieces to the egg mixture.
  4. Transfer the egg coated tuna pieces to the baking tray.
  5. Bake at 356°F for 25 min.
  6. Serve hot.
