Ingredients
- 0.5 lb of Salmon pieces
- 1 tbsp of ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tbsp of freshly ground pepper
- 2 tbsp of tamarind paste
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- ½ tbsp of honey
- Spring onion and sesame seeds to garnish
- Salt to taste
Method
- In a bowl, add all the ingredients.
- Mix them thoroughly and keep aside for 1 hour.
- In a baking tray, add the marinated fish and bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
- Serve hot.
