Ingredients:
- 16 ounces whole milk
- 1 pack cream
- 1/2 cup condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 5 slices white bread (cut the brown edges)
- Oil for deep frying
- Almond, walnuts and pistachios for garnishing
Method
- Cut 5 bread slices in half, it will be 10 triangle shaped bread slices.
- in a wok heat oil and Deep fry the slices of bread until they get golden brown in color, place these slices in a dish.
- In another pan add milk, half packet cream, condensed milk along with cardamom powder.
- Mix well, let it simmer until it is reduced by half and is thick in consistency.
- Now pour this mixture over the bread slices in a dish and pour more cream on top and garnish with chopped almonds, walnuts and pistachios!
