2 small onion cut into 1-inch pieces
1 large bell peppers cut into 1-inch pieces
2 cups fresh cubed pineapples
Salt as per taste
Ground Black pepper to taste
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Half cup olive oil
Mushrooms sliced into half (optional)
Zucchini sliced into half (optional)

Directions:

  1. First, take a mixing bowl to prepare teriyaki sauce; add brown sugar, soy sauce, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, garlic powder, and ground ginger, and whisk well until mixed completely.
  2. Now add beef cubes in this bowl and coat with sauce thoroughly.
  3. Let the beef marinate overnight or at least for 2 hours in this sauce until beef get all the flavors of the sauce while making it more tender and juicy.
  4. After marinating, take oil greased wooden skewers and thread vegetables first such as bell pepper, onions, and zucchini slices, mushrooms followed by beef and pineapple cubes.  Make sure veggies are only in the start and end of the skewers and in mid, you must have 3 cubes of beef and 3 pineapples cubes one after other.
  5. Repeat the threading procedure with remaining vegetables, beef and pineapple cubes likewise.
  6. Now heat the grilled pan on medium flame and brush with oil.
  7. Place the skewers on pan and grill over medium heat until vegetables and beef get tender.
  8. Sprinkle some of the sauce on veggies meanwhile and turn the skewers occasionally to grill the beef until it reaches desired doneness.
  9. Within 12 to 15 minutes, beef will be grilled completely.
  10. If still sauce left after marinating, then make hot teriyaki sauce gravy and add it in a small saucepan to cook.
  11. Stir the sauce continuously and switch off the heat after 1 minute.
  12. Remove the vegetables, beef, and pineapple from the skewers and serve with hot Teriyaki sauce. Enjoy!
