Halloween Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients:

4 red bell peppers with the tops removed and hollowed out.
2 tablespoons of olive oil.
1 teaspoon of paprika.
9 oz. of ground or chopped beef.
1 cup of shredded cheese.
Salt and pepper to taste.

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F then use a kitchen knife to carve out a jack o’lantern face on each pepper, making the deco to look fascinating. Place a cooking pot over medium heat, add in water and the peppers then boil for about five minutes. Once cooked, drain the water and let cool for a few minutes.
  2. Place a skillet pan over medium heat then add in the oil. Once the oil is hot, add in the ground beef and cook for a few minutes until it becomes brown in color. Add in the rest of the ingredinets on the list, stir to combine then cook for to heat through.
  3. Add the filling into each bell pepper, place the stuffed pepper into baking sheet then place the sheet into the preheated oven. Bake the stuffed pepper for about fifteen minutes then serve.
