Ingredients:
• 2 slices of brown bread
• ½ cup of avocado, sliced
• 2-3 half boiled eggs, halved • 2 tbsp of pine nuts, roasted
• 1 tbsp of freshly ground black pepper
• Salt to taste
Directions:
- In a bowl, add avocado, salt and ground pepper.
- Give a thorough mix.
- Add avocado mixture on the brown bread.
- Add halved eggs on top of the avocado mixture.
- Add pine nuts, pepper and a dash of salt.
- Serve and enjoy!
