This Peruvian dessert is made with evaporated milk, condensed milk, eggs, and confectioners’ sugar.

Ingredients:
- 1 can Evaporated milk (12 fluid ounce)
- 1 can Sweetened condensed milk (14 ounces)
- 1 Tbs Alcohol-free vanilla extract
- 2 Egg yolks, beaten
- 2 Egg whites, beaten
- 1 cup of Confectioners’ sugar
- ¼ Tsp Ground cinnamon
Directions:
- In a saucepan, whisk together evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and egg yolks.
- Place over medium-low heat and gently cook for 30 minutes or until the mixture thickens, stirring continuously with a wooden spoon.
- Remove from heat and pour into a heatproof dish, set aside.
- Whip the egg whites with confectioners’ sugar until the form of a stiff peak.
- Evenly spread on top of the milk mixture.
- Refrigerate for 3 hours or until cold.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon and serve.
