Chocolate Chip Blondies

These classic chocolate chip blondies are also originated from America. This dessert is perfect for different occasions or when you need a sweet treat in a hurry.

Ingredients:

  • All-purpose flour 1 ½ cups
  • Salt ½ teaspoon
  • Baking powder ½ teaspoon
  • Brown sugar 1 ½ cups packed
  • Eggs 2 large, lightly beaten, at room temperature
  • Butter ½ cup, melted
  • Alcohol-free vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
  • Semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 cup (6 ounces)

Directions:

  • Combine brown sugar, eggs, butter, and vanilla extract in a large bowl just until blended.
  • In another bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking powder and mix well.
  • Add flour mixture to egg mixture along with the chocolate chips and stir well.
  • Transfer the mixture into a 13 by 9-inch baking pan and bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Cool on a wire rack and cut into bars.
