Ingredients:
- 0.5lb of salmon
- 3 tbsp of lemon juice
- 1 tbsp of freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp of oregano
- ½ tbsp of dried mint
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- Salt to taste
Directions:
- Add all the ingredients to a bowl.
- Mix them thoroughly and allow the mixture to rest for at least 30 minutes.
- After 30 min, transfer the salmon piece to a baking tray.
- Bake at 175C for 20 min.
- Serve hot.
