Cheesy Baked Potatoes

These baked potatoes are made with cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, crumbled cooked turkey bacon, and seasonings.

Ingredients:

  • 8 red potatoes, sliced with skins on into ¼ inch thick slices
  • 2 cups shredded American cheese
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¾ cup crumbled cooked turkey bacon
  • ½ cup diced red onion
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp seasoned salt

Directions:

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Grease a 9 by a 13-inch baking dish with a non-stick cooking spray.
  • In a large pot, place sliced potatoes and cover them with salted water, bring it to a boil over high heat.
  • Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes or until tender.
  • Drain potatoes and allow steam to dry for a minute or two.
  • Whisk together shredded American cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, crumbled turkey bacon, onion, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and seasoned salt in a large bowl.
  • Stir in the potato slices and pour this potato and cheese mixture into a prepared baking dish.
  • Sprinkle top with grated parmesan cheese and bake for 40 minutes or until bubbly and beginning to brown.
