Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- ½ pound dried pasta
- 2 tablespoons roughly chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons chopped tarragon
- 2 tablespoons chopped basil
- 1 tablespoon roughly chopped dill
- 1 tablespoon chopped chervil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons finely grated lemon zest
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- ¼ teaspoon coarse salt
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Directions:
- Cook pasta according to package direction, drain, then toss with olive oil, parsley, tarragon, basil, dill, chervil, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add in parmesan cheese and toss to combine.
- Serve immediately.
