This amazingly delicious mixed berries pita pizza can be served as a breakfast or as a dessert.

Ingredients:
- 4 Greek pitas (no pockets)
- Olive oil 2 tablespoons
For the cream cheese mixture:
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon alcohol-free vanilla extract
For the mixed berries topping:
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup strawberries
- ½ cup blackberries
- ½ cup raspberries
- ½ cup sugar
- Mint leaves, for garnish
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
- Brush olive oil on each pita and place directly on the oven rack and bake for 7 minutes or until lightly brown and toasted.
- Meanwhile, in a mixing bowl beat together the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In another medium bowl, mix together the berries and sugar.
- Place berry mixture in the refrigerator until ready to use.
- Remove pita from the oven and allow them to cool completely, place them on a cooling rack so that they do not get soggy.
- To assemble pizza; spread the cream cheese mixture over each pita and top with and even portion of the berry mixture.
- Garnish with mint leaves and enjoy.
