These classic sandwiches are made with some fresh summer vegetables and turkey bacon.

Ingredients:
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- 1 Hass avocado, pitted and sliced
- 12 or 16 slices (8 ounces) of turkey bacon
- 1 1/3 cups radish sprouts
- 8 slices rustic bread
- 2 tablespoons+2 teaspoons mayonnaise
- Coarse salt
Directions:
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat for 9 minutes or until crisp, turning occasionally.
- Transfer to a paper towel-lined platter to drain.
- Lightly toast bread slices.
- Spread 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise onto 1 side of each toasted slice.
- Take 4 bread slices and pile on tomato, avocado, radish sprouts, and turkey bacon on each slice.
- Season with salt and top with remaining bread slices.
