These delicious criollitos are really popular in Argentina, there you can find them everywhere and they usually eat them with some mate for the afternoon snack.
Personally I like to fill them with some cream cheese and ham, so yummy for breakfast with a large cup of coffee. I usually eat them the savory way but you can also get creative and fill them with some fruits and chocolate spread!

- Roll the dough for form a rectangle of about 1/2 inch thick.
- Brush some melted butter all over the rectangle dough and let it rest at room temperature for 20 minutes.
- Fold the rectangle in half, brush again with butter and let it rest for another 20 minutes.
