Baked Mushroom and Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 0.5 lbs of mushroom
  • 0.5 lbs of Asparagus
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tbsp of garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp of freshly ground pepper
  • Salt to taste

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and keep it aside to rest for 30 min.
  2. Transfer the content to a baking tray.
  3. Bake at 300F for 20 min.
  4. Serve hot.
