Ingredients
- 0.5 lbs of mushroom
- 0.5 lbs of Asparagus
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tbsp of garlic powder
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
- 1 tbsp of freshly ground pepper
- Salt to taste
Method
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and keep it aside to rest for 30 min.
- Transfer the content to a baking tray.
- Bake at 300F for 20 min.
- Serve hot.
