Egg and Veggie Frittata

Ingredients

  • 4-5 eggs
  • ¼ cup of broccoli florets
  • ½ cup of red bell pepper, cut into small pieces
  • ½ tbsp of dried basil
  • ¼ tbsp of turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp of freshly ground pepper
  • Salt to taste

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients to a bowl.
  2. Mix them thoroughly.
  3. Transfer the content to a casserole baking tray.
  4. Bake at 350F for 25 min.
  5. Serve hot.
