Ingredients
- 4-5 eggs
- ¼ cup of broccoli florets
- ½ cup of red bell pepper, cut into small pieces
- ½ tbsp of dried basil
- ¼ tbsp of turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp of freshly ground pepper
- Salt to taste
Method
- Add all the ingredients to a bowl.
- Mix them thoroughly.
- Transfer the content to a casserole baking tray.
- Bake at 350F for 25 min.
- Serve hot.
