Baked Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 0.5lb of salmon
  • 3 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp of freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp of oregano
  • ½ tbsp of dried mint
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Directions:     

  1. Add all the ingredients to a bowl.
  2. Mix them thoroughly and allow the mixture to rest for at least 30 minutes.
  3. After 30 min, transfer the salmon piece to a baking tray.
  4. Bake at 175C for 20 min.
  5. Serve hot.
