Ingredients:
• 10.5 oz of trout fish, cleaned
• 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
• ½ tbsp of mint powder
• ¼ tbsp of olive oil
• ¼ tbsp of turmeric powder
• 3 tbsp of orange juice
• 1 tbsp of freshly ground black pepper
• Salt to taste
Directions:
- In a bowl, add all the ingredients.
- Give a thorough mix and keep aside to rest for 45 min.
- After 45 min, transfer the marinated fish to a baking tray.
- Bake at 180C for 25 min.
- Serve hot.
