Bread Rolls

Ingredients:

  • Chicken (boiled and shredded) ½ lb
  • Red Bell Pepper (julienne cut) 4 tablespoon
  • Cabbage (julienne cut)    ½ cup
  • Carrot (julienne cut) 4 tablespoon
  • Oil 2 tablespoon
  • Salt ¼ teaspoon
  • Black pepper (crushed) ½ teaspoon
  • Mustard powder ¼ teaspoons
  • Cheddar cheese (grated) 4 tablespoon
  • Bread 8- 10 slice
  • Egg 2
  • Bread crumbs 1 cup
  • Oil for sallow frying

Method:

  1. Take a frying pan. Add oil, chicken and vegetables in it. Stir fry for 1 min. remove it from flame. Add black pepper, Salt, mustard powder and cheese in it. Mix properly
  2. Flatten the bread slice with rolling pin. Spray some water on it to make it soft. Add 1 tablespoon of filling and shape it like roll.
  3. Now take egg in a bowl and bread crumbs in another bowl
  4. Coat bread rolls with egg and after that with coat it with bread crumbs
  5. Fry it in oil until golden brown
