Ingredients:
- 1lbs of minced beef
- 2 cup of smashed cauliflower
- ½ cup of carrot cubes
- 1 tbsp of chopped celery leaves
- 1 tbsp of ginger powder
- 1 tbsp of turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp of freshly ground pepper
- Salt taste
Instructions:
- In a vessel, add water, beef, ginger powder, turmeric powder, salt and pepper.
- Cook for 15 min.
- In a bowl, add smashed cauliflower, carrot and minced beef.
- Mix them thoroughly and add celery leaves.
- Give a quick mix and transfer the mixture to a casserole making tray.
- Dash a small amount of pepper on the top of casserole.
- Bake at 350F for 40 min.
- Serve hot.
