Chicken Stuffed Wraps

Ingredients:
3 egg whites
½ cup of chicken, cut into small pieces
1 tbsp of ginger paste
½ tbsp of garlic paste
¼ cup of arugula leaves
2 tbsp of chopped parsley
½ tbsp of freshly ground black pepper
½ tbsp of oregano
¼ tbsp of olive oil
Salt to taste

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, add egg whites, chopped parsley, dried mint and salt.
  2. Beat the mixture using an electric beater.
  3. Add olive oil to a pan and this egg mixture.
  4. Make a thin omelette.
  5. In another pan, add chicken pieces, ginger paste, garlic paste, ground black pepper and salt.
  6. Sauté the mixture for 6-9 min.
  7. After that add arugula leaves and mix with the chicken mixture.
  8. Arrange a small portion of chicken and arugula mixture on one side of omelette and roll it carefully.
  9. Serve hot.
