Ingredients
- Chicken breast fillet 1 pound
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Red chili powder ½ teaspoon
- Black pepper (crushed) ½ teaspoon
- Soya sauce 1 tablespoon
- Chili sauce 1 tablespoon
- Mustard powder ¼ teaspoon
Coating
- All-purpose flour 6 tablespoon
- Salt ¼ teaspoon
- Red chili flakes ¼ teaspoon
- Chicken powder ¼ teaspoon
Sauce
- Mayonnaise 6 tablespoon
- Green chili ketchup 4 tablespoon
- Mozzarella cheese 4 tablespoon
- Cabbage (chopped) 6 tablespoon
- Flour tortillas 6-8 tablespoon
- Oil for frying
Method
- Cut the fillet into finger shape and marinate it with salt, black pepper, mustard powder, soya sauce, chili sauce, and red chili powder for 20 min.
- Take bowl and mix All-purpose flour, salt, red chili flakes and chicken powder mix it properly. Take chicken fillets and coat it with mixture properly.
- Take oil in skillet and deep fry the coated chicken for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown put it on paper towel to soak extra oil
- Now take a bowl and mix cheese, mayonnaise, ketchup and cabbage.
- Now grease tortillas with oil and then put the sauce then put chicken and roll it to wrap in properly
- Use toothpick to avoid lack of wrapping.
- Serve hot with French fries
