This delicious chocolate cake is very easy to make with only a few ingredients that are normally available at home.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of All-purpose flour
- ½ Tsp Baking powder ½ teaspoon
- 2 Eggs
- ¾ cup of Olive oil
- ½ cup of Strong brewed coffee
- 2 cups of Semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup of Brown sugar
- 1 Tsp of Vanilla extract (alcohol-free)
- Powdered sugar, for garnish
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
- Grease a springform pan with non-stick cooking spray, set aside.
- Whisk together eggs, olive oil, coffee, sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
- Stir in flour and baking powder until combined.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in the microwave for 2 minutes or until melted, stirring after every 30 seconds.
- Add melted chocolate in eggs and flour mixture and stir until well combined.
- Bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and allow it to cool before cutting.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of powdered sugar and enjoy.
