This refreshing Cobb salad is served with homemade buttermilk ranch dressing.

Ingredients:
For the dressing:
- 75 ml Buttermilk
- 2 Tbs Light mayonnaise
- 1 Tbs Chopped dill
- ½ Garlic clove, crushed
- 1 Tbs Lemon juice
- Salt to taste
For the salad:
- 1 Avocado pitted and sliced
- 2 Plum tomatoes, chopped
- 2 Baby gem lettuce leaves, separated
- 2 Hard boiled eggs, chopped into chunks
- 3 Cooked crispy turkey bacon slices
- 4 oz Cooked chicken or turkey breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients of dressing in a bowl and mix well.
- Arrange the salad ingredient in a serving platter.
- Serve with the buttermilk ranch dressing on the side.
