Ingredients:
- 1 cup of butternut squash, cubed and boiled
- ¼ cup of orange bell pepper, diced
- 2 tbsp of spring onions chopped
- 1 tbsp of dill, chopped
- ¼ tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp of freshly ground pepper
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- In a bowl, all the ingredients.
- Give a gentle mix.
