These delicious cheese-stuffed beef burgers are very easy to make, flavorful, and healthy.

Ingredients:
- 1 pound 90% lean ground beef
- 4 hamburger buns, split
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
- ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 3 tablespoons dry breadcrumbs
- 3 teaspoons Dijon mustard, divided
- ½ teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon dried sage leaves
- Lettuce leaves and tomato slices for a burger topping, optional
Directions:
- Combine parsley, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard in a bowl, set aside.
- Mix together beef, green onion, ketchup, breadcrumbs, remaining mustard, rosemary, salt, and sage in a large mixing bowl until combined.
- Shape beef mixture into 8 thin patties.
- Onto the center of 4 patties spoon cheese mixture.
- Top with remaining 4 patties and press edges firmly to seal.
- Grill burgers covered over medium heat for 5 minutes each side.
- Serve on buns with lettuce leaves and tomato slices.
