This pumpkin pie is a favorite dish of most Americans and it is mostly prepared for the holidays and other occasions.

Ingredients:
- Canned pure pumpkin 1 ½ cups
- Whole milk 1 cup
- Egg 2 large
- Maple syrup ½ cup
- Baked pie crust 1 (9 inches)
- All-purpose flour 1 tablespoon
- Ground ginger 1 teaspoon
- Ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon
- Kosher salt ¼ teaspoon
- Sweetened whipped cream, for serving
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
- Whisk together eggs and pumpkin in a medium bowl.
- Add in milk, maple syrup, flour, ginger, cinnamon, and salt, whisk until all the ingredients blend well.
- Pour this pumpkin filling into pie crust and bake for 55 minutes or until the center of the pie is just set.
- Remove from the oven and transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Serve with sweetened whip cream.
