You simply cannot have spaghetti without meatballs: it’s a popular meal that’s been enjoyed by so many. Can we also mention that these delectable and mouth-watering meatballs are so fun and easy to make? They definitely are just that. Just be sure to drench these meatballs in tomato sauce in there and you’ll be good to go.

Ingredients
1 ½ lb ground beef
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp. dried thyme
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 small onion (diced)
2 eggs
2/3 cups breadcrumbs
Directions:
- In a medium sized bowl, add ground beef, salt, black pepper, dried thyme, garlic powder and diced onions. Mix until well combined.
- Beat the eggs. Add to the ground beef, followed by breadcrumbs. Combine them together.
- Take some of the beef mixture and form them into small balls.
- Fill up to 1 inch of the pan with vegetable oil. Let it to heat up about 3 minutes.
- With a draining spoon, carefully place each ball into the pan about an inch apart from each other. Cook for about 5 minutes or until each meatball is cooked thoroughly. Serve immediately.
