This tempting delish strawberry spinach salad is very easy to make, healthy, and a great way to get kids to eat spinach.

Ingredients:
- 1-quart strawberries, cleaned, hulled, and sliced
- 10 ounces fresh spinach, rinsed, dried, and torn into bite-size pieces
- ¼ cup almonds, blanched and slivered
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp poppy seeds
- 1 tbsp minced onion
- ½ cup olive oil
- ½ cup white sugar
- ¼ cup distilled white vinegar
- ¼ tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ tsp paprika
Directions:
- Whisk together olive oil, sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, minced onion, sesame seeds, and poppy seeds in a medium bowl until sugar is dissolved.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Combine strawberries, spinach, and almonds in a large bowl and pour dressing over it, toss well.
- Refrigerate for at least 15 to 20 minutes before serving.
