Eggless Whole Wheat Fudge Pancakes

Ingredients:
2 cups whole wheat flour
1/4 cup brown sugar/ stevia
½ tsp pinch of baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
¾ cup melted dark chocolate
½ cup low fat milk
1 tsp virgin olive oil

Directions:
1) Combine and sift the whole wheat flour, brown sugar, baking powder in a bowl.
2) Add milk gradually and beat it with beater or whisk with help of spatula.
3) Add melted chocolate and whisk the mixture again until mixture become smooth.
4) Heat the non-stick pan and add 1 tsp virgin olive oil or low-fat butter.
5) Now add pancake mixture in the non-stick pan and let it cook for 2-3 mints until bubble start appearing on the top.
6) Cook both sides until they give light golden brown colour.
7) For serving, stack 3 to 4 pancakes on the plate top it with bananas, berries, nuts and chocolate syrup or remaining melted dark chocolate.
