Ingredients:
- 100g of tuna, steamed
- 1 tbsp of red onion, chopped
- ½ tbsp of parsley, chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp of lime juice
- 1 tbsp of freshly ground black pepper
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- A pinch of turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
Method:
- In a bowl, add all of the ingredients except egg and breadcrumbs.
- Mix them thoroughly and make soft dough.
- Divide into equal portions and cut them into the desired shape.
- Add the cutlet into the egg mixture and roll it into breadcrumbs.
- Arrange the cutlets on a baking tray.
- Bake at 350F for 20 min.
- Serve hot.
