Ingredients
4 white flatbreads
10 slices of pepperoni
1 cup tomato sauce or ketchup
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 tsp. dried oregano
½ tsp. black pepper
Method:
- In a small sauce pan, boil the tomato sauce for 2 minutes. Blend with oregano and black pepper.
- Divide the tomato sauce or ketchup and spread evenly on 2 flatbreads. Add pepperoni and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Place the remaining flatbreads on top.
- In a large iron griddle or non-stick frying pan, cook on medium heat for 2 minutes per side until both sides are golden brown and the cheese has melted. Cut into wedges.
