Flatbread Pizza Sandwich

Craving for pizza but don’t have the time to knead the dough? No problem. This is so quick and easy that you might want to consider turning this into a delectable habit.

4 white flatbreads

10 slices of pepperoni

1 cup tomato sauce or ketchup

1 cup mozzarella cheese

1 tsp. dried oregano

½ tsp. black pepper


  1. In a small sauce pan, boil the tomato sauce for 2 minutes. Blend with oregano and black pepper.
  2. Divide the tomato sauce or ketchup and spread evenly on 2 flatbreads. Add pepperoni and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  3. Place the remaining flatbreads on top.
  4. In a large iron griddle or non-stick frying pan, cook on medium heat for 2 minutes per side until both sides are golden brown and the cheese has melted. Cut into wedges.
