Fried Fish

Ingredients

  • Fish 500g
  • Salt ½ teaspoon
  • Garlic paste ½ teaspoon
  • Red chili powder ½ teaspoon
  • Crushed black pepper ½ teaspoon
  • Chili sauce 1 tablespoon
  • Gram flour ½ cup
  • All-purpose flour ½ cup
  • Sesames seeds 2 table spoons

Method

  1. Clean the fish and cut it into the fillet shape Marinate fish with salt, garlic paste, chili powder, crushed black pepper and chili sauce for 30 min
  2. Take a bowl add gram flour, all-purpose flour and sesame seeds coat the marinated fish with it
  3. Deep fry it in batches. And then soak the oil in paper towel
  4. Serve with sauce.
