Grilled Chicken

Ingredients:

1 Whole chicken (cut into 4 pieces)
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Red chili powder
½ tsp. Black pepper powder
1 tsp. Cumin powder
1 tsp. Coriander powder
2 tbsp. Lemon juice
6 tbsp. Yogurt
2 tbsp. Oil

Directions:

  1. Wash chicken pieces and prick it from every side with fork
  2. Take a bowl and add yogurt in it and then add salt, red chili powder, black pepper powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, lemon juice and oil in it. Mix it well
  3. Rub this mixture on chicken properly and marinate it for one hour
  4. After marinating grill it on low to medium flame after 10 minutes turn the side of chicken pieces and cook it from both sides
  5. You can also steam cook these chicken pieces or cook it on coal
