Ingredients:
1 Whole chicken (cut into 4 pieces)
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Red chili powder
½ tsp. Black pepper powder
1 tsp. Cumin powder
1 tsp. Coriander powder
2 tbsp. Lemon juice
6 tbsp. Yogurt
2 tbsp. Oil
Directions:
- Wash chicken pieces and prick it from every side with fork
- Take a bowl and add yogurt in it and then add salt, red chili powder, black pepper powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, lemon juice and oil in it. Mix it well
- Rub this mixture on chicken properly and marinate it for one hour
- After marinating grill it on low to medium flame after 10 minutes turn the side of chicken pieces and cook it from both sides
- You can also steam cook these chicken pieces or cook it on coal
