Nutella Donut Cake

Ingredients:

1 cup All-purpose flour
4 Eggs
¼ cup Milk
½ cup Oil
1 cup Sugar
1 tsp Baking powder
2 tbsp Nutella
2 drops Lemon essence

Method:

  1. Preheat oven at 350°F
  2. Mix All-purpose flour and baking powder uniformly
  3. Separate egg white and yolk
  4. Take a bowl and beat egg yolk, sugar, and milk in it. Beat it for 2- 3 mins
  5. Add vanilla essence in it
  6. Now take another bowl and beat egg white in it until it makes foam
  7. Mix both mixtures spoon by spoon with soft hands until uniform
  8. Add the mixture into baking doughnut mold and add nutella in it and mix it lightly with stick
  9. Bake it in preheated oven for 35 mins
