Peanut Butter Cheese Balls

You must absolutely try these sweets beautiful creamy peanut butter with white chocolate.

Ingredients:

1 packet (8.80 ounces) of cream cheese
1/4 cup iced sugar
1/4 cup of creamy peanut butter
3 cups chopped peanuts
1 package (7.93 ounces) of white chocolate, chopped into small pieces

Preparation:

Mix the cream cheese with a mixer in a large bowl until creamy.

Add sugar, peanut butter. Shape the cream cheese mixture into 28 balls. Put them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Freeze 10 min.

To melt chocolate:

Dip the cream cheese balls, one at a time, into the melted chocolate, turning them over to coat them. Put back on the baking sheet.

Decorate them with little balls of red chocolate. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
