Ingredients:
- Potatoes (boiled) ½ kg
- Peas (boiled) 1 cup
- Onion (chopped) 4 tablespoon
- Green chili (chopped) 1 tablespoon
- Coriander leaves (chopped) 2 tablespoon
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Black pepper (crushed) ½ teaspoon
- Butter 1 tablespoon
For coating
- Egg
- All- purpose flour
- Oil for frying
- Ice cream sticks as required
Method:
- Take potatoes and peas in a bowl and mashed it properly
- Add onion, coriander leaves, salt, black pepper, green chili and butter in it. Mix it
- Take ice cream sticks and shape potato mixture around the stick
- Coat these potato sticks in all-purpose flour and then coat it in eggs
- Fry it in oil on medium flame until golden brown
