Ingredients:
- Potato (boiled) ½ kg
- Chicken (boiled and shredded) 150 g
- Cabbage (julienne cut) ½ cup
- Carrot (julienne cut) ½ cup
- Capsicum (julienne cut) ½ cup
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper (crushed) 1 teaspoon
- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Eggs 2
- Bread crumbs 1 cup
- All-purpose flour ½ cup
- Oil for trying
Method:
- Take boiled potato in a bowl and mashed it then add salt ( ½ teaspoon), black pepper ( ½ teaspoon) and butter ( ½ tablespoon) in it. Mix it properly
- Take a frying pan and add butter in it then add boiled chicken and vegetable in it. Stir fry it in butter for 1 min. Add remaining salt and pepper in it
- Take potato mixture in you palm and stuff it with chicken material and make a proper croquette’s shape
- Coat it with All-purpose flour and then coat it with egg and then coat it with bread crumbs. Repeat this for every croquette
- Fry all the coated croquettes in oil at 1500C for 3-4 min or until golden brown
- Serve with tomato ketchup.
