Potato Croquettes

Ingredients:

  • Potato (boiled) ½ kg
  • Chicken (boiled and shredded) 150 g
  • Cabbage (julienne cut) ½ cup
  • Carrot (julienne cut) ½ cup
  • Capsicum (julienne cut) ½ cup
  • Salt 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper (crushed) 1 teaspoon
  • Butter 1 tablespoon
  • Eggs 2
  • Bread crumbs 1 cup
  • All-purpose flour ½ cup
  • Oil for trying

Method:

  1. Take boiled potato in a bowl and mashed it then add salt ( ½ teaspoon), black pepper ( ½ teaspoon) and butter ( ½ tablespoon) in it. Mix it properly
  2. Take a frying pan and add butter in it then add boiled chicken and vegetable in it. Stir fry it in butter for 1 min. Add remaining salt and pepper in it
  3. Take potato mixture in you palm and stuff it with chicken material and make a proper croquette’s shape
  4. Coat it with All-purpose flour and then coat it with egg and then coat it with bread crumbs. Repeat this for every croquette
  5. Fry all the coated croquettes in oil at 1500C for 3-4 min or until golden brown
  6. Serve with tomato ketchup.
