Raspberry Orange And Greek Yogurt Parfaits

This healthy raspberry orange and Greek yogurt parfaits are loaded with protein, minerals, and vitamins.

  • 2 cups Kashi Go Lean Crunch cereal
  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 2 cups orange segments
  • 3 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • ΒΌ cup toasted, sliced almonds
  • 2 teaspoons grated orange zest


  • Combine yogurt, honey, and lemon zest in a bowl until well blended.
  • Layer half of the yogurt mixture between 4 parfait glasses.
  • Then layer half of the cereal, raspberries, and orange segments among parfait glasses.
  • Repeat layers with the remaining ingredients.
  • Garnish with toasted sliced almonds and serve immediately.
