– Asparagus

If you love asparagus, get ready to enjoy it soon. It’s typically best from March to June and is a lovely side dish to fish or chicken, or can be shaved and used in your favorite pasta dishes.

– Kiwis

Vine-grown kiwis make a sublime dessert sliced on top of custard-filled tartlets. The bright color makes them a divine spring fruit choice you’ll find in warmer areas throughout the season.

– Lemons

If there’s one fruit that best captures spring, it’s lemons. True that you can find them all year, they are their best quality from winter into the early days of summer. Snatch them up to make lemon tarts, cook with them to create citrusy and sublime dishes without adding fat, and make everything brighter and fresh with squeezes of fresh lemon.

– New Potatoes

Other potatoes are always around, but those darling new potatoes with their thin skins are ideal for roasting with lemon and butter this spring. They also make a heavenly potato salad, perfect for a spring picnic!

– Peas

Peas of all varieties are in season during the spring. That means garden peas, snap peas, snow peas and more are all fabulous additions to salads, stir-fry, pasta dishes, or sides.

– Radishes

Add more crunch and nutrition to your salads with radishes this spring. This is the time they are sweetest and crunchiest!

– Strawberries

Sweet, juicy strawberries come from Florida and California. The best time to get them is from April through June, a little longer if you’re lucky enough to live in these states.

For some of you, this spring produce will be around a while. For others of you though, particularly in the coldest bits, when these things come into season in your area, snap them up, or it will be a whole year more until you get to enjoy them again!
