Ingredients:
- Chicken (boiled, shredded) 1 lb
- Garlic (chopped) 1 tablespoon
- Jalapeno (chopped) 1 tablespoon
- Pickle onions (chopped) 1 tablespoon
- Tomato ketchup 4 tablespoon
- Chili sauce 1 tablespoon
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Black pepper (crushed) 1 teaspoon
- Red chili powder ½ teaspoon
- Oil 2-3 tablespoon
- Cheddar cheese (grated) ½ cup
- Mayonnaise 4 tablespoon
- Frozen tortillas or wrap (or any kind of bread) 6
Method:
- Take a frying pan and pour oil in it and then stir garlic in it for 1 min. Add chicken, salt, black pepper, red chili powder in to it. Cook it for 1 min
- Now add onion, jalapeno, chili sauce and ketchup and stir fry it for ½ min. remove pan from the flame and add mayonnaise and cheese and mix it well
- Stir tortillas with oil or grilled it. Take a tortilla or wrap and add cooked material on its surface
- Wrap it properly in the form of roll.
