Ingredients
- 1 cup of baby spinach leaves
- 1 cup of chicken stock water
- 1 tbsp of freshly ground pepper
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
- Salt to taste
Method
- In a soup vessel, add all the ingredients except lemon juice and freshly ground pepper.
- Boil for at least 10 min.
- Turn off the heat and allow the mixture to cool.
- Add the spinach mixture to a blender and blend them thoroughly.
- Add lemon juice and freshly ground pepper to the spinach soup.
- Serve hot.
