Spinach Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of baby spinach leaves
  • 1 cup of chicken stock water
  • 1 tbsp of freshly ground pepper
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

Method

  1. In a soup vessel, add all the ingredients except lemon juice and freshly ground pepper.
  2. Boil for at least 10 min.
  3. Turn off the heat and allow the mixture to cool.
  4. Add the spinach mixture to a blender and blend them thoroughly.
  5. Add lemon juice and freshly ground pepper to the spinach soup.
  6. Serve hot.
