Spring Herbed Lemon Pasta

Fresh herbs like parsley, tarragon, basil, dill, and chervil are easily available in the spring season. Make this delicious pasta with these herbs and enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ pound dried pasta
  • 2 tablespoons roughly chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons chopped tarragon
  • 2 tablespoons chopped basil
  • 1 tablespoon roughly chopped dill
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chervil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons finely grated lemon zest
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon coarse salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Directions:

  • Cook pasta according to package direction, drain, then toss with olive oil, parsley, tarragon, basil, dill, chervil, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add in parmesan cheese and toss to combine.
  • Serve immediately.
