Ingredients:
• 3.5 ounces of salmon
• 1 egg white
• 1 tbsp of lime juice
• ¼ tbsp of freshly ground white pepper
• ¼ cup of mixed nuts, roasted and crushed
• Salt to taste
Directions:
- In a bowl, add salmon, lime juice, pepper and salt.
- Mix them thoroughly.
- Allow the mixture to rest for 1 hour.
- After 1 hour, dip the marinated salmon in egg white.
- Roll it over on a plate full of crushed nuts.
