Ingredients:
- 12 biscuits crushed in to pieces
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 1 tub Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1 cup condensed milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cup chopped strawberries
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Method
- Whisk cream cheese along with condensed milk and add in half crushed biscuits. Whip cream until soft peaks.
- In a saucepan, add sugar and strawberries along with lemon juice and cook till simmering. You don’t want a strawberry bite in ice cream so don’t over cook. Cool.
- Mix cream with condensed milk and cream cheese mixture and fold gently. Add in strawberry mixture and fold.
- Pour in an air tight container and top with rest of the crushed biscuits. Freeze over night.
