Tamarind Salmon

Ingredients

  • 0.5 lb of Salmon pieces
  • 1 tbsp of ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp of freshly ground pepper
  • 2 tbsp of tamarind paste
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • ½ tbsp of honey
  • Spring onion and sesame seeds to garnish
  • Salt to taste

Method

  1. In a bowl, add all the ingredients.
  2. Mix them thoroughly and keep aside for 1 hour.
  3. In a baking tray, add the marinated fish and bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
  4. Serve hot.
