Teriyaki Beef Skewers

This is an amazing and tasty grilled recipe for a simple and easy summer dinner.

 

Ingredients:

1 ¾ lbs of beef steak cut into cubes

3 Tablespoons of soy sauce

2 tablespoons. tablespoon of olive oil

2 tablespoons. fresh ginger, grated

1/2 c. teaspoon grilled sesame oil

2 garlic cloves, finely chopped

1 grated onion

1/2 lime juice

Salt and pepper

1 yellow pepper cut into cubes

Parsley

1/4 C. sesame seeds

 

Preparation :

In a bowl, pour all the ingredients (except the beef) and only 3/4 of the green onion rings.

Add salt, pepper and mix well.

Place the beef in a large airtight dish and pour 3/4 of the marinade on top.

Close the dish and shake.

Reserve the meat (and the rest of the marinade) in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Preheat the grill to full power then reduce to medium power. Oil the grates well and place the skewers on the fire.

Grill for about 3-4 minutes on each side for medium cooking.

Brush the meat with the rest of the marinade

Serve on plates and garnish with sesame seeds and parsley.
