Ingredients
- ½ cup of cucumber, cubed
- ¼ cup of red and yellow bell pepper sliced
- ¼ cup of tofu, cubed
- ½ tomato, sliced
- ¼ cup of whole black olive seeded
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
- 2 tbsp of sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp of freshly ground pepper
- Salt to taste
Method
- Add all the ingredients to a bowl.
- Give a thorough mix.
- Serve fresh.
