Tofu Salad

Ingredients

  • ½ cup of cucumber, cubed
  • ¼ cup of red and yellow bell pepper sliced
  • ¼ cup of tofu, cubed
  • ½ tomato, sliced
  • ¼ cup of whole black olive seeded
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp of sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp of freshly ground pepper
  • Salt to taste

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients to a bowl.
  2. Give a thorough mix.
  3. Serve fresh.
